Christine went on regular trips to London to visit her friend, and her vivid imagination was captured by the costumes and stage sets of the ballet at The Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, London. Christine's fascination with this subject had very strong influence on her artistic style, and as such studies of dancers and dance still appear in her artwork today.
